These company statements of quality are taken directly from the Cabridge Homes website - https://www.calbridgehomes.com:

"At Calbridge Homes, we believe in building relationships with our customers. These relationships are built on trust and respect and we believe that is the way a business should be operated."*

"Our homeowners are what drive our business and providing an exceptional experience is our duty to them.* Whether it’s our staff, partners, trades, or customers, we align ourselves with those who share a common goal – to always do the right thing."*

Please tell us if you think the customer service experience described in this website lives up to the Calbridge mission statements quoted above.  Did they do the "right thing?"

Please make your comments respectful. No cussin'. No name callin'.  And for heaven's sake don't be condescendin' now,  y'hear?

If you want to ask me something confidentially, e-mail me at MyCalbridgeExperience@GMail.com. I am willing to provide all the e-mails exchanged between Calbridge and myself to show that I am not "cherry pickin'" any communications I have had with Calbridge.

Please remember that I'm just a truck drivin' baby boomer that's still working for a living and can't devote himself every day to the computer. I might take some time to look at those e-mails but, eventually, I will!

Please fill in all the fields or the app will not post the comment. Last names and e-mail addresses are not shown on the website or distributed to anyone for any reason. In fact, since this message board is an app I found with Wix, I would recommend you use an incorrect e-mail address like, "HappyCamper@NotMyEmail.com

While comments are almost immediately after the post is written, I will tell you that anything that I find to be offensive will be removed. This being said, anyone that writes a comment saying that Calbridge did everything correctly will not be removed. In fact, any comment from Calbridge defending their actions will be displayed prominently. So, c'mon, Calbridge! Tell us what you have to say! Please, please, please answer my question:

Did Calbridge keep their promise to always do the right thing?
