In this section I want to highlight some areas of Calbridge customer service that were below par but where the Calbridge representatives did not stoop to lying or, perhaps more diplomatically speaking, using falsehoods.

Read about how my wife and I lost hundreds of dollars in lost income accommodating Calbridge contractors during the covid crisis only to have Calbridge ignore my wife's e-mails detailing work poorly done or not done at all.  After literally months sending e-mails trying to get them to live up to their promises we finally got them to look at the work (or lack of work) they had done but Calbridge refused to spend two or three hours on a weekend to meet with us. Rather, the Construction and Customer care manager insisted we take more time off work and lose more money so I can show them their contractors' sloppy work or work not done that we had already shown Calbridge representatives.
